Who We Are
AI Bridge Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 33-4547639). This policy applies to our mobile app and website at aibridgefoundation.org.
What We Collect
- Sign-In (Google or Apple): Email address and display name (for account identification and progress tracking)
- Learning progress: Course topics studied, mastery levels, session history
- Chat messages: Conversations with Ari (AI tutor) to provide adaptive learning
- Uploaded content: Documents for OCR (What The Letter Said), audio for speech feedback — processed temporarily and deleted after your session
What We Don't Collect
- No location data
- No contacts or phone data
- No financial information
- No advertising identifiers
How We Use Your Data
- Track your learning progress across courses
- Provide personalized AI tutoring (Ari adapts to your level)
- Improve our educational programs
Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple: Authentication only
- Google Analytics: Anonymous site usage data (page views, traffic sources)
- AWS Bedrock: AI model processing (messages sent for tutoring responses)
- AWS S3: Progress data storage
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.
Data Retention
Your learning progress is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing info@aibridgefoundation.org.
Guest Users
Guest users can access limited features without an account. No personal data is stored for guest sessions.
Children's Privacy
Our services require sign-in for full access. Users must be 13 years or older to create an account, regardless of sign-in method (Google or Apple). Guest mode does not collect personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Cookies & Analytics
- Session cookie: We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in and track your learning progress during a visit. It expires when you close your browser.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site (page views, traffic sources). This helps us improve our tools. Google Analytics sets its own cookies — you can opt out using Google's browser add-on.
- No ads or retargeting: We do not use advertising cookies, serve ads, or build advertising profiles.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your own personal data at any time by contacting us.
