Who We Are

AI Bridge Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 33-4547639). This policy applies to our mobile app and website at aibridgefoundation.org.

What We Collect

• Google Sign-In: Email address and display name (for account identification and progress tracking)
• Learning progress: Course topics studied, mastery levels, session history
• Chat messages: Conversations with Ari (AI tutor) to provide adaptive learning
• Uploaded content: Documents for OCR (What The Letter Said), audio for speech feedback — processed and not stored permanently

What We Don't Collect

• No location data
• No contacts or phone data
• No financial information
• No advertising identifiers

How We Use Your Data

• Track your learning progress across courses
• Provide personalized AI tutoring (Ari adapts to your level)
• Improve our educational programs

Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: Authentication only
• AWS Bedrock: AI model processing (messages sent for tutoring responses)
• AWS S3: Progress data storage

Data Sharing

Data Retention

Your learning progress is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion by emailing info@aibridgefoundation.org.

Guest Users

Guest users can access limited features without an account. No personal data is stored for guest sessions.

Children's Privacy

Our Teen AI courses are designed for ages 13–17. We require parental consent for users under 13 in compliance with COPPA.

Cookies & Analytics

• Session cookie: We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in and track your learning progress during a visit. It expires when you close your browser.
• No tracking cookies: We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking.
• No retargeting: We do not serve ads or build advertising profiles.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
